Information: Car parking overlooking the beach right next to the beach, Often a location for local Anglers, arrive earlier to gain a good position during mackerel season!

Emergency Facilities: No but the Air Sea Rescue helicopter is based at Portland and the lifeboat station is in Weymouth harbour. Other services in Westbay

Safe for Kids: Only on the beach keeping away from the water!
Facilities: Toilets to the far end of the carpark, small snack Cafe/sweets and icecream shop, at the carpark entrance Plenty of picnic space.
Parking: There is pay-and-display car parking. Disabled spaces available. Car park is flat. Disable wheelchair users can sit right next to the beach and view the sea.
Public Transport: None, access by own transport only, the beach access is off the main road through Swyre opposite The Bull Inn, Swyre continue down the road for a couple of miles to find the beach carpark.
Walking: Coastal walking either onto Cogden beach, Burton Bradstock or towards Portland
