International Kite Festival
Weymouth International Beach Kite Festival 2nd, 3rd & 4th May 2009

2009 is the 19th Weymouth International Beach Kite Festival, and is held on Sunday and Monday, Saturday the 2nd is reserved as a free flying day for everyone, though you will need to collect your access badge from the control point on the Weymouth Esplanade opposite Bond Street (near the small fairground rides on the beach)
During the evening of Sunday a fireworks display will be held in the bay of Weymouth at 9.30pm subject to weather conditions.
